Speak of the devil indeed, looks like Gigan's out, too.

Not really since they're still on track for release. All the stuff shown off here has a snowball's chance in hell of being released in the future. All the companies are either defunct or have shifted gears so much that what's shown here isn't the type of product they produce anymore.

I distinctly remember NECA talking about dropping building/FX/display sets which I'm a sucker for. Odds are as likely as a NECA Ghidorah for that actually happening it seems.

An unreleased figure I’ve been really curious about is this sparking mechagodzilla figure by imperial toys. there doesn’t seem to be much information or many pictures of it.

The sculpt looks almost identical to the original 8 inch Bandai Mechagodzilla

Not a custom. Uni-Five pitched that figure around the time of GMK.

^ Agreed; I was always quite fond of those Jaeger Drones and wish Bandai released those. Diamond Select only released the kaiju-infected ones.

Speaking of unreleased Pacific Rim figures, does anybody have pictures of Bandai's unreleased Otachi? If I recall correctly, it was a soft vinyl figure meant to scale with their 10" Chogokin Gipsy Danger, so it was going to be huge.

I mostly stuck with the diamond selects because they scaled better with the necas, except for avenger and fury because they were too tall

Did those incredibly jarring bulky Anguirus and Baragon figures Tredmasters didn't get a chance to release get mentioned here? Because that's hilarious.

Oh. I thought they didn't release for some reason.

Still hilarious though.

Of course they'd make him too big to scale decently with their large scale Godzilla figures. Might have scaled ok with their Tarzan line though.
