I don't collect large scale statues like these, but holy shit, that turtle is beautiful.

Thanks! It really is an awesome figure, is already one of my favorites. Would love for X-Plus to do a Gigantic Gamera in the future to compare this one with.

Heya peeps, got a trifecta of DST reviews reviews done this week. First of all, the SDCC Exclusive Battle Damaged Gipsy Avenger which I acquired in a trade with Steven's Toy Reviews (we did a whole YouTube crossover this week, it was rad) and then DST sent me the newly reissued Godzilla 1989 and 1974 Banks to take a look at and I did just that. Give them a check to see how all of these are different than the originals!

Added in 1 day 10 hours 21 minutes 24 seconds:
Heya folks, here's my review of the 25CM MECHAGODZILLA 1975 RIC!

We review NECA's Godzilla King of the Monsters blue action figure. This toy is V2, or Version 2, with Godzilla's atomic blast and atomic breath, and includes a blast effect accessory.

That’s cool that they updated the NES figure. But I totally disagree with you about using the 1984 figure as the base as being accurate to the sprite. The sprite is quite clearly the 1964 suit. In addition to the main spines, it has the much smaller side spines, the shape of the head, and the jowls on the mouth. But that said, it’s still a cool figure even if it’s not entirely accurate.

I don't know exactly what you see there, but it gait is pretty 85 to me. Sure the spines are different, but it's also a game, and I don't think it's 100% any of them honestly as there is artistic license. Also we just all see things differently so there's that.

Also, I got this review to drop off:

The fact the 1964 is featured on the Japanese start screen for the game is a pretty strong indicator that its supposed to be the 64 suit in-game.

Aweee that Chibi Godzilla looks...like a bear, you’re right. :/
Those Vinimates look adorable, especially the Mechagodzilla!
Glad you overall liked the Gamera as I did, although now I am concerned about when I finally switch out the parts for flying effects which I still need to do haha.
Keep it up!

Thanks, Anguirus! I'm in a situation right now with Gamera where he's just in pieces waiting to be put back together!

Where did you get the Bandai 3.5" figures? In Your review you said Walgreens. But did you actually mean Walmart? Thanks

Nope, meant Walgreens. There and Target and comic shops I've heard thus far.
