So, with all the myriad of King of the Monsters figure releases, reviewers have been promoting their reviews for various lines. Between Jakks Pacific, NECA, Bandai, S.H. Monsterarts, and the upcoming releases from said lines, and X-Plus, there have been a ton of reviews being posted.

There is actually a rule within the forum that most reviewers either aren't aware of, or opt to ignore. The rule being; no shameless promoting of your reviews unless you're contributing to the conversation at hand as well. This rule gets ignored a lot.

That brings me to this topic: Here, people can promote and share their reviews of whatever figure it is at hand. No worry about the rule for contributing to the conversation, as the conversation would be reviews!

Of course, if that's the case, that would mean it would be contained here preferably. So, if you're reviewing the X-Plus Defo-Real '98, and post it here, don't post it on the X-Plus thread as well. If users wish to see reviews, this is where they will seek them out.

Edit: Just a quick note here, this isn't Godzilla exclusive. Feel free to review anything NECA, Soul of Chogokin, X-Plus, S.H. FiguArts, Bandai, Hasbro, etc.

I ask that you don't abuse this rule, though. There should be some obvious common sense at play here as to what is acceptable to post and what is not.

There ya go! Been championing a dedicated forum for a bit here. I like to talk as well when I can, but I want to make sure the people that like reviews are getting the reviews, too. I agree that both posting too many reviews clutters the regular forums and having a thread just for review will help folks FIND them better as well. Fantastic, Maritonic!

Without the text to recreate the poster it sort of defeats the entire purpose of 'recreating the poster'. That's disappointing.

and the wire tail is still there, that's also disappointing.

I ordered two of these and now I'm sort of regretting it a little bit.
