I believe most toy companies wait till day 2 to reveal a lot of the new stuff. Day 1 is typically teasers, exclusives, and the like.

Is there day 2 though? I don't see any additional Bandai or Tamashii nations panel on the SDCC program schedule.

Well, to be fair. Even I already own the SPC one, but if they'd do a repaint with colors of some of the concept art, I might double dip.

Honestly that's not a bad idea. Some of the figures pieces are small and come off easily and getting lost or joints snapping (Looking at you Kong).

I'm still so mad SHMA was the only big Japanese Godzilla toy manufacturer who didn't reveal anything for GVH turning 50. (X-Plus gets a pass because they've done MORE then enough stuff for that movie in the past).
