Nope! That kind of stuff is complicated. Smash Brothers is one thing, but Godzilla is another. Haven't even seen anyone tackle the old NES or SNES games, let alone the fighters.

Well... there is this...

I thought about makin some sprites for some of the characters of G:MOM and send them off to this place where they could put it on the cartridge but I've decided against it as I really don't want to make a bunch of custom sprites.....

Actually upon further looking at those fleshy sprites, they are 8bit just have a lot of colors which would be taxing on the system

on a snes cartridge it woul probably be possible. i not sure what the limit was for colors on a sprite but it would be very possible. it would probably run nicely to because its all 8 bit stuff.

and for the people who are curious why the colors would screw up the nes
1- a nes sprite can only have about two colors, godzilla is actually like two sprites because he is four colors
2- for the fleshy demon guy, there colors probably are not suppored by nes graphics anyway, you also cant do the water on the water levels because, once again, the nes cant handle it.

Colors baby. There were more shades of blue on the nes than any other color. It's why megaman was blue. Oh and maybe it was because grey or whatever was to hard to see against the mostly black background. Anyway the blue doesn't bother me, I just did this cuz, well it's cool

EDIT: bah! I found a spot I missed on one of the punches. His fist is a bit blue....oh well atomic punch for the win?

Didn't someone hack GU and found that 2003 Kiryu Godzilla was going to be in over G2K? I know I saw the picture with him on the old atari forums.

Wait really?
Yeah there was a picture of Kiryu Goji. he had the scar and white spines and looked a little different than G2K.

I never heard of this either... and it intrigues me.

I would like to see it.

That sounds like a false rumor to me. I'll believe it when I see it.

I don't know where the forums are but if I could find them I could attempt to search for the image.

I was planning on making a thread for this until I remembered this one existed, hope that's okay.

The SuperGodzilla re-skin for G:U is still my favorite of the re-skins that I have seen.

SuperGodzillaGaming. It's a channel on YouTube that has done mod skins for Godzilla: Unleashed, like the Eva color for Kiryu and a Zone Fighter skin for Jet Jaguar.
