Re: Godzilla Design Bracket Challenge [Winner: Godzilla 1954]
It'll be interesting to see how results change next year, as I suspect that it'll have a larger voting pool with more exposure next year. Opinions on the SP Godzilla design will likely change as well, once we get better looks at him in the actual anime.

Yeah, Im definitely interested in the same thing. A lot can happen in the course of a year, too.

I’m positive opinions on Ultima will improve exponentially once the anime is released. All we have to go off of right now is concept art, some renders, and brief clips, so people aren’t going to be loving it as much at first

On the plus side Ultima even if it does absolutely nothing between now and next year still already is above 67 Goji so he'll always have that going for him.

Well the bracket will change next year..... I wonder who will go up against whom. Imagine Shin v Shodai or GMK vs Kiryugoj......

Yeah, I'd really like to see Kiryu v Mire as well. Double elimination would yield some interesting results i think. I think perhaps the first round could be single elimination, then double afterwords? I dont want to make it so long its hard to sustain interest.

I wonder if a design seeded below 16 will win a match next tournament. I'm not sure which one of them could ever win lol.

Not salty at all at winner, just thought it predictable. I do wonder how the brackets would have played out had this been on the main site and not just TK forums. Less curious about final result, probably have happened same way, moreso about the individual brackets. Shin lost out very early for example, despite a strong fan following elsewhere.

Yeah, I found that very interesting as well. As I said before, if this is a Japanese website...I think we all know who would have won.Desghidorah wrote: ↑Sun May 09, 2021 9:14 pm Not salty at all at winner, just thought it predictable. If this was on Twitter or Reddit (the most general/average places for the G-Fandom) Legendary would’ve won, easy

Can we have something like this again but with Godzilla villains instead of designs?
