Kinda fitting that the first Godzilla design won the first Godzilla design bracket. Can't wait for this next year!

Fitting? Why though?

Because he was the first?

So do you have just the Team MonsterVerse text, without a pic? Want to make an edit or two to the monster faces now that the specific Godzilla contest is over.

Somewhere in a remote EDF Antarctica base, Legion1979 and MDK are laughing at the results of this vote

True but that means the difference is practically negligible so they pretty much equally popular around here so both won in their own way and it clearly shows how popular Biogoji and Shodai really are
1. Godzilla 1954
2. Godzilla 1989
3. Godzilla 2019-2021 (+2)
3. Godzilla 1995 (+3)
5. Godzilla 2001 (-1)
6. Godzilla 1999-2000 (+1)
This right here is an ascended list

And MireGoji beat Kiryu Saga Goji so he is once again the definitive Millennium Goji (GMK don't count)

I call this a marvelous victory

Just a thought, but we should totally add SpaceGodzilla and Ghost Godzilla next year. Technically speaking, they ARE Godzilla and, apparently Zilla's being considered so..

A guy who randomly stumbled upon this place one day, invested much too much time into it, and now appears to be stuck here for all eternity..and strangely enough, i do not regret it!

He really only won out because of his seeding. They're both top 8 finishes roughly equal in weight.

I think these stray too far from the original intent of this poll.

Here's a hypothetical bracket for next year with more designs and double elimination lmao...would take FOREVER but may yield a more objective result.

Perhaps we could do it starting in the top 16? Idk

The fact that 1954 won seems a bit bias imo but expected. A welcome victor
