First Appearance: Zone Fighter Episode 3. Defeat Garoga's Subterranean Base! (1973)
Series:  Showa

Description

Taking a different road, away from machine made creatures, the Garoga stepped it up and genetically engineered a plant and animal hybrid. Combing reptile and crab DNA with a rose, the monster Dorola proved to be a triumph in the Garoga’s ever growing monster army. The behemoth was used as a last ditch weapon, when the Zone Family had infiltrated their underground base. Escaping its Monster Capsule once he arrived on Earth, the screeching demon began its attack against the PeaceLand natives. Kneeling down and uttering “Zone Double Fight!” Earth found its familiar blue and silver hero ready to battle. Though one cannot win on heart alone as Zone Fighter discovered when the behemoth expelled it’s torrents of toxic smog. The vapors quickly drained away his power, as the monster continued the assault with its rose tentacle and crab clawed arms. Dorola proved its vigor. Once again however, Zone Angel and Zone Junior would step in at the moment of Zone Fighter’s defeat. Reenergizing the giant’s energy capsule, the hero stood up and continued his fight. Slicing off the beast's arms with his Side Chop energy waves, Dolora found itself helpless. In vain attempts, the crying beast breathed its mist and covered the landscape. Using the hallucinating cloud cover, the creature appeared to be teleporting around. Unable to hit the Terro-beast, Zone Fighter used his Plasma Capsule from his belt buckle. Irradiating waves of blistering energy dispelled the rose tinted smog, leaving Dolora wide open to a Meteor Missile attack. After that, the champion of light used another salvo of missiles against the Garoga base, ending their plans for world domination once again.
