Agul has no time limit, he can run out of energy as a result of damage though.

Battlefield: Osaka

Set Up: Hedorah, the terrible Smog Monster, tore through the city, heading for a factory spewing pollutants. He was hungry and he would feed, no one would stop him...except maybe one warrior.

Fujimiya Hiroya stood watching nearby, anger at this ecological nightmare boiling. He pulled out the Agulator and trust it skyward, activating it. "Agul!" he called out as a bright light engulfed him. Ultraman Agul emerged and landed with a resonding crash in front of Hedorah before taking a fighting stance, ready to strike down his pollution born enemy. Hedorah gurggled in rage at being kept from his meal, no one would stop his singleminded persuit of food and get away with it, it was time to earn that meal in battle...

Alright, inspired by a picture Kaijusamurai did I Deviantart (which I've gotten permission to write a fanfiction about). Anyway, even though he's a Showa monster, Hedorah isn't a push over. Most of Agul's attacks would just blow him apart or go straight through him, which Hedorah can reform from. Hedorah's attacks could do some serious damage, but in the end, I think Agul's Photon Stream will be able to vaporise Hedorah (I'm pretty sure it does that, Gaia's does) or one of his other finishers could dry him out and in the end, Agul would win.

Since Agul lacks Electrical attacks, I'd say Heddy wins. Besdies, since Agul loves physical attacks, he will get his hands melted off.

True but the Photon Stream still has the capability to vaporise, so that might be enough to kill Hedorah, and he does have a beam which can turn things into Anti-matter, which vaporises on contact with normal matter. Being vaporised can kill Hedorah, so that gives Agul a chance, that and he does have the Agul Blade, which could keep Hedorah off at close range, since its an energy blade.

But Godzilla's beam didn't work because its based on nuclear radioactivity, Agul's is based on light energy, which, if the fact sun light can dry Hedorah out, can effect Hedorah.

About the Anitmatter thing, yeah, true, just saying its an option.

Hedorah can fire his deadly ice cream scoops of sludge before agul will do his stuff so I think Hedorah will win.

But there's one thing, Agul isn't an organic being, acid won't effect him the same way it'll effect a organic one. That's been shown in the past when it comes to acids and various Ultras, they're more resistent to acids.
