Updated the original post, with some *MORE* Chinese releases, plus some other things that moved from "In Production" to the "Released" List.

Dominion's release date has been changed to 2022.

Other then that, looks right to me.

Also, you should probably remove Godzilla Singular point. It's a televised anime, not a film.

I thought about that, but then I figured since Godzilla is more or less the franchise on which the entire site and forum are built, I'd include it anyway.

Also, I don't know about you guys, but when I watch television, the pictures do tend to, you know, move.
Tokyo, a smoldering memorial to the unknown, an unknown which at this very moment still prevails and could at any time lash out with its terrible destruction anywhere else in the world.

Umm, why did you add Raya? I'm looking forward to it, and will have fantastical giant monsters in it, like dragons and demons, but I wouldn't call it an out and out monster movie.

Both of those are monsters and the trailer hints some are giants.

So it has giant monsters

True, but would you say the LOTR and Hobbit trilogies belong to the giant monster movie genre, even though they have such creatures? No, they're out and out fantasy films.

Why is this thread still peddling the "World of Godzilla" nonsense?

One of the Released films is spelled wrong.

It's Mandibles. The right spelling is written here; there's no "u" in it.

Not it isn't.

That's how it's spelled in French.

Added in 1 minute 9 seconds:
It's also not a giant monster movie either.

Okay, thanks; didn't know it was French in origin.

Good afternoon, fellow G-fans! Greetings from São Paulo, Brazil!

I would like to remind everyone that this is a fun thread meant to consolidate information about different Giant Monster movies in development. That way, anyone looking for a Giant Monster fix will know what to look for and where to look for it.

I do not limit the movies mentioned on the list to only giant monsters of the city-stomping mould. It could be a "killer animal" flick in which the critter is larger than normal, an Alien rip-off in which something large is stalking people through a military bunker, a fantasy film, a Chinese wuxia (or flying swordplay) movie, or even an alegory for female empowerment and alcoholism. I trust that there are more than a few members of the forum who would love a giant monster, no matter what genre (or sub-genre) they show up in.

Should you wish to make a correction or question the inclusion of a film (or its continued inclusion), please remember the Wisdom of the Ancients: "You can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar." The same goes for anything I have missed. Be kind and civil and helpful.

That's the perfect premise for my killer fly creature feature!
I unapologetically, wholeheartedly, and without a doubt hate Godzilla vs Kong.

^ Ilove how Ape vs Monster sounds more like a War of the Monsters film than the mockbuster called War of the Monsters.

Ah, our regularly scheduled Asylum mockbusters! Right on schedule.

There is also another Asylum film coming out: Triassic Hunt.

On a (semi)related note, I'm surprised Asylum or anyone else didn't make a mockbuster for Kong: Skull Island back in 2017, unless I'm mistaken.
