"I think people may be underestimating the size and importance of Laura Dern and Sam Neill and Jeff Goldblum’s characters in this movie,”

"“This is the movie that I’ve been waiting to make, from the beginning,”

https://boundingintocomics.com/2020/10/ ... -director/

He also describes it as an ensemble film, which may in part be a contributing factor in the cast being listed alphabetically. Pretty sure we've seen a few big ensemble blockbusters credited in similar fashion.
"I'm saying a prayer, George. A prayer for the whole world."

That amber poster feels like it could honestly be a nice gif, if you have it glow.

I'm honestly wondering how the heck Universal's planning to top this for future movies. I really don't think they can.

So the Jurassic World social media posted this today: a new critter! Given that they are showing it this early, I hope its not to much of a spoiler to share. Hair, short and boxy head, generally weird looking: it seems that the Jurassic Series is finally heading to the Triassic, if not the Permian! My best guess? Lystrosaurus.

It is mostly Spider-Man themed, but I'd love to talk cosplay, lightsaber commissions, and countless other topics.

Jurassic Galaxy already exists. No seriously, it's one of those bad CG straight to video movies. Probably by Asylum or something similar. Saw it on TV once.
I unapologetically, wholeheartedly, and without a doubt hate Godzilla vs Kong.

Yep, that's the one. Terrible by most standards - not that bad by straight to video B movie standards actually.

Klayton was right, this series really is for giving species that haven’t gotten much attention more attention.

While Rexy will clearly be one of the antagonists, I expect that (at least once) she'll be keeping her antiheroine streak alive by saving the kids from one of the other theropods.

So weighing in on Camp Cretaceous: I really liked it. Actually, I enjoyed it more than Jurassic World. It had a real good sense of what made Jurassic Park special.
Also it was nice seeing the dinosaurs and the Mosasaur in particular acting like animals. Their behaviors seemed a lot more realistic than what has been in either Jurassic World movie.
Spoiler:
Though I do think the nighttime evacuation is a bit of a plot hole, just because of the scene of everyone in the hotel at night during Jurassic World

Second season trailer already? That was fast! Glad to see a certain horn-nosed theropod getting its due respect! And the Lystro has certainly piqued my curiosity, pretty sure it will be the very first non-mesozoic extinct species to be seen alive and in the flesh in the movies. Does that mean we'll finally see the elusive Dimetrodon? Unlikely, but it'd be quite a treat.
Spoiler:
Plot twist: The lystrosaurs will turn out to be the true villains of the third film, being revealed to be way more intelligent than the raptors and working to unleash a whole new mass extinction that will wipe out humans, animals and dinos alike so they can regain their ancient glory after the Permian extiction.
