Jonah and his men along with APEX are revealed to be aliens, a homage to the Black Hole Planet 3 Aliens whose technology was used to create Mechagodzilla.

I still think an ancient Mechagodzilla would be cool. Let’s say this ancient civilization was much more technologically advanced than us today and they built it as a weapon during the Titan war

I actually think Beserk would have been cool. A liquid metal Titan that didn't have even metal and nuclear waste untill now to grow is released due to Ghidorah.

Final nail on the coffin is finding Dagon's bones intact.

It would be lighting in a bottle that this Titan was able to reform itself as Mechagodzilla.

Man made Mechagodzilla somehow using Ghidorah's brain to run it. Somehow Ghidorah's mind takes over control and its goes berserk.

I'm pretty sure Jonah's group doesn't really have the technology to build a 1,0000 something foot robot and also somehow model it after Godzilla, and also simlultaneously add in a bunch of lasers, finger missiles and other ax-crazy stuff. Less they somehow stole them from Monarch.
