So I see that nobody has messaged on this forum for 5 years but i have some questions....

1.) Is this release a bootleg or is it just unlicensed?
2.) Is it the same for Reel Vault's release in 2015?

1.) It’s both. In this case, there’s no difference between the two terms. It’s an unlicensed release, I.e. a bootleg.
2.) IIRC there’s no discernible difference for anything aside from Reel Vault having a watermark on the video.
