How do transformations work in this tournament (Ultra Galaxy's EX forms and Burning Godzilla for instance)?

If a monster can transform via their own power, they can do so. Monsters who’s transformations require another monster, for instance GMK Ghidorah into King Ghidorah, can undergo transform if the other monster is present, ergo, GMK Mothra.

Any other kinds of transformations will require the purchase and usage of a specific item that will be available in the shop. So, EX Gomora or Burning Godzilla, you’ll need that item to let them transform, and it’s a one-time usage so the user will need to think before deciding when to use it (you can just purchase it again, but it’s not cheap).

Sign-ups are now over! Due to the odd number of players, I will be adding a filler team of randomly selected kaiju to ensure that everyone has an opponent for this round.

Just a reminder, voting for the first round will cease on Saturday. Then there will be a two day break to let people select their second lackey, after which the second round will begin. Not selecting a lackey in that time will cause one to be randomly selected for you.

Also, going to let this rule be known now. For the majority of this tournament, players will only be allowed to have two lackeys in a fight. At the start of every round after the second, players will be given a day to select which lackeys to send in. Until both players in a match have selected which lackeys to send in, no voting on that match (if a player does not come in and do so in time, their lackeys will be randomly selected).

For everyone’s sake, once this begins the matchups of a round will be announced ahead of time to let people plan, and as well people will be allowed to select a “default” team to send in unless they specifically choose otherwise before the round starts, just to keep things moving along or in case someone can’t be present on that day.

Feel free to ask any clarification questions, I will be happy to answer them.

Edit: I have also changed it so that it is four losses that removes a player from the tournament instead of five. Don’t want things dragging on too long.

The shop will be opened soon, even though nothing can be bought in it yet cause nothing costs 100 points, but I will post the thread for that tonight with the explanation for all that.
