My most wanted fight ever is Discord vs Bobobo-bo bo-bobo.
Godzilla has a regen like Wolverine, a skin like Luke Cage, a hero aura like Captain America, a strength like Hulk, an unstoppability like Juggernaut, an immortality like Deadpool.
There's a 'God' in Godzilla for a reason...

Cyber-Zilla. The sonic cutter will hurt, but the missiles and atomic ray give Cyber-Z a very good way to get Super Gyaos out of the air and deal heavy damage. Once Cyber can get Gyaos down, he’ll be able to easily maul it and take the win. Besides, all else fails, I bet Gyaos won’t that reflector dish in Cyber’s chest sending the Sonic Scalpel right back.
