Bilusaludos provided humanity with better Anti-EMP shields thus allowing them a better chance at fighting Godzilla.
Anti-Nuclear Bacteria:
The Bilusaludos also provided humanity with nuclear waste eating bacteria, thus lessening the radioactive fallout Godzilla would cause every time he used his energy attacks.
Thermo-Pressure Warhead:
A fuel-air type explosive, not to be confused with bunker busters, it creates a vacuum by burning all the air in the surrounding air, creating a pressure wave that would rapture lungs and fill the air with lethal burning chemicals. You either suffocate or burn or get flatten by the shock wave. They could not harm Godzilla Filius but did distract him long enough to give Hover Bikes time to retreat. In short they were thermobaric bombs muck like MOABs.
Multipodal Battery
Alternate Mobility:
Also known as Artillery Tank, the Multipodal Battery had four legs, each with treads on them, this allowed it to switch between walking on terrain the treads couldn't drive over, or using the treads to drive at speeds faster than it could walk.
Dual Electromagnetic Acceleration Cannons:
The tanks came with two large caliber railgun or coilgun energy cannons which could fire alternately of one another or at the same time. At first the tanks seemed to be nothing more than a pest to Godzilla Filius but Mulu-elu Galu-gu modified them to destroy Godzilla's Electromagnetic Pulse Amplifier or In-vivo Amplifier, located in one of his dorsal fins. Sustained fire from several Multipodal Battery were able to overcome him long enough for EMP bombs to be put into his spinal spike wound.
It is unknown if it fired physical ammo or just charged particles to make it a pure energy weapon.
Rocket/Missile Turrets:
The tanks could have additional weapons rigged onto them such as twin turrets to launch explosives.
Type 43 Aviation Scout
Enhanced Mobility:
The Hoverbikes were made with multiple thrusters attached allowing 360 degree movement in the air, as shown with one pilot dead stopping in the air to turn around and shoot a perusing Servum.
Automatic Nose Cannon:
The Hoverbike's Nose Cannon were useless against kaiju, only being useful in provoking Filius and Godzilla Earth to follow the humans into traps. They were however great at killing Servum under sustained fire.
Exosuits A.K.A. Powered suits
Thrusters:
The Exosuits came with thrusters to help it jump, slow down falls for rough landings and speed up it's running up to 80 kilometers.
20mm Calibre Railguns
The Exosuits were armed with railguns on their wrists that tore through Servum but again did little more than piss off Godzilla Filius.
EMP Probe:
After it was hypothesized Godzilla could be overloaded with electromagnetic energy, Exosuits were armed with EMP Probes. The weapon would dig in with a drill, while a rocket on the back helped push it in, several forks sprang out as well like a harpoon to make removal harder. With several borrowing into Filius wound, he had no way of removing the, once they reached one of his Electromagnetic organ pockets they overloaded him, causing him to explode.
Electromagnetic Induction Rifle:
Also known as Infantry-Employed Electromagnetic Induction Rifle (IEEIR) this thing was a monster. In any other series it would have been extremely powerful, as it is, it's useless against kaiju. It was a bullpup style sub-machine gun that could be configured into a Glock like machine-pistol.
6mm Special Alloy Ammo:
The EIR fired 6mm special alloy cylindrical pellets (never specified, possibly alien metals or a mix of man and alien made). These metals could be heavy allowing for more damage upon impact, again unknown. While at first this smaller caliber seems like a "pea shooter" compared to even the common 9mm ammo of today's standard issue pistols we see in law enforcement, military sidearms and home defense, the bullets do not use gunpowder, which leads to the gun's means of firing.
Electromagnetic Firing & Low Recoil:
Instead of gunpowder, the gun used magnetism to fire it's ammo, giving it virtually no recoil or kickback, allowing for tighter aiming and grouping of the bullets in all out rapid fire with less spread. So unlike guns of old, burst fire was more for conserving bullets and energy than compensating for bullet spread. The gun did have a setback that even if it still had ammo it could not fire it should it run out of energy for it's power cells as they were needed to power the magnets used to fire said bullets. This can be compensated for by lowering the firing voltage, reducing the power and range but also reducing the energy usage. This could explain why when someone had committed suicide on one of the ships when using the weapon in it's pistol configuration it did not travel through their head and blow a hole in the ships hull.
Range & Power:
Because of it's nature as a rail gun or coil gun, the 6mm ammo that would be "pea shooters" with traditional gunpowder is fired with the power and range of a .338 Lapua Magnum rounds, high powered rounds used by sniper rifles to pierce through body armor even greater than standard military body armor from extreme ranges. The bullpup design means the bullets would be loaded in all the way in the back of the barrel, allowing the ammo to use more of the barrel than non-bullpup guns, allowing for more range and straight trajectory before falling while being shorter in overall length than non-bullpups to be more compact.
Firing Speed & High Ammo Capacity:
Being a sub-machine gun, it had a high rate of fire and ammo capacity comparable to machine guns of today. This combined with it's range and power makes it, for all intents and purposes, a machine gun with the power of a high powered sniper rifle with none of the the recoil of either or the spread of the former. A submachine sniper railgun/coilgun. Truly terrifying. This high rate of fire, range and power made this weapon invaluable in killing large numbers of Servum.

Stock & Rail:
The ERI was a bullpup-type gun which had a height of 230mm (9 inches), a length of 470mm (18 inches) and a weight of 2.7kg (about 5 pounds). While this doesn't seem like a lot, and the weapon had little recoil the weapon still came with a stock for either troops tired from carrying one all day or to help those with more shaky hands steady and aim. It also came with a top mounted Rail which additional equipment or weapons could be added on such as a grenade launcher, small shotgun or movement tracker. The gun lacked an iron-sight but since a scope could be attached to the Rail this was a negligible issue.
Hybrid Functionality:
The ERI is a two in one weapon, being a sub-machine gun and machine pistol, the pistol acting as a forward grip in rifle configuration. The forward section can be removed from the rifle and be used as a pistol. The pistol had a height of 170mm (6 inches), a length of 120mm (4 inches) and a weight of 650g (1 pound).
