Gezora. He's charmingly goofy-looking and has those cool bulging eye balls. I'm glad the film focuses on him the most.

I haven't actually seen the movie yet, but I like the idea of Gezora the best. A giant, upright-walking cuttlefish with ice powers is pretty different and original. The other two are more generic oversized animals.

Anyway. I was wondering if it was because Ganimes was so much like Ebirah, but truthfully none of these kaiju were original ideas in 1970, but they were unique takes on already concieved kaiju.

Gezora. Easily one of the worst, most unintentionally funny costumes in Toho's Showa library, but therein lies the charm.

Also he's a cuttlefish and they do some sweet shit.

That's a nice action pic with Kamoeba and Ganime. Too bad we didn't get that in the film.

Always liked Gezora the best. Not really for any particular reason, I suppose I just liked the other ones less.

I would pick Gezora. Those goofy eyes and goofy movement just get to me. It's kind of hilarious to watch, and it's pretty unique to have a cuttlefish as a kaiju. I also like Kamoebas and Ganimes, but I feel like Showa Gamera and Ebirah are better alternatives to those monsters respectively.

I loved how Kamoebas had a cameo in Godzilla Tokyo SOS. It took me a while to discover Space Amoeba and I thought to myself, "Wow, the dead giant turtle in Tokyo SOS had his own movie?"

Gamines would freak me out irl more than the others, was more impressive than gezora and did more than kamoeba.

I flip flop on Gezora and Kamoebas all the time. Gezora holds a special place in my heart though for appearing in Godzilla Monster of Monsters for the NES, which is what I attribute a lot toward making me a Toho fan in the first place.

I thought he was pretty neat in Space Amoeba, but his brief appearance in Tokyo SOS seems to have really settled it for me. He looked so cool, I really wish we got to see the fight between him and Godzilla. That could've been really awesome! ^_^

I read somewhere that Kamoebas was featured in an episode of Ike! Godman (or Greenman?) Its a somewhat obscure show, but if anybody had any information, like images or even a video clip, that'd be really interesting, since I will say that Kamoebas was my second favorite of the trio.

While I personally go back and forth between the other two when it comes to picking a favorite, it's quite nice to see someone giving the crab its due. A rather underrated kaiju, in my opinion, in large part because most tend to unfairly dismiss him as an Ebirah retread.

Gezora. He's the most unique and recognizable kaiju of the three. And while his overall look is silly, those staring bulbous eyes feel like they're peeking straight into my soul. Creepy stuff.

Ganimes and Kamoebas are ok, but nothing special.
