I would propably add Ebirah and Gezora.

Edit: Also, I'd give baragon and varan more screentime.

Gezora has to be the goofiest looking monster Toho ever created. I wouldn't add him. I would add and enlarge one of the Gargantuas. Also get rid of Varan.

I would of added the Gargantuas in a larger size. And maybe show Baragorn and Varan doing more than just sowing up at the end of the movie. I know that the suits were in bad shape and that is why they were not included but I wish they could have made new ones for this film.

I wouldn't add or remove any monsters, but some of the ones that have cameo scenes, such as Baragon and Varan, I'd like to see have more active roles. I could see, at the end, King Ghidorah takes to the air, and Varan and Rodan together force it back to the ground. Then, when on the ground, Baragon coordinates with Gorosaurus as the former begins to start tunneling below Ghidorah to weaken its footing just as Gorosaurus does his kangaroo kick to knock him to the ground.

There was just a lot of potential lost with having a number of the monsters do absolutely nothing.

As others have said, I wouldn't add or take away any monsters, but I would like to have seen more time focused on Varan, Baragon and Manda either attacking cities or taking part in the final battle with King Ghidorah.

I would add monsters on the enemy side to make the battle actually entertaining....sorry but a gang rape of King Ghidorah doesn't do it for me. Too bad the other great Godzilla foes (Gigan, MG, Hedorah, Megalon to a lesser extent) of the Showa series hadn't been created yet...but if possible I would've added Gigan and Megalon to aid Ghidorah.

On the Earth monster side...I would've given Baragon something to do (I know, suit wasn't good, blah)...always wondered what would've happened with King Kong in the film (I believe I read he was in the first draft?), and swap Mothra Larva for Mothra Adult just to REALLY foul things up with wirework! They'd probably dispose of her like they did Rodan to keep her out of the battle,though.

I don't think I'd add anyone. Just give Baragon, Varan, and maybe Kumonga more screen time. Might have to take away Minya, though. The movie would have been the exact same without him.

Though I suppose the same could be said for most of the cast.

Kumonga I'd ditch. He's pretty much a fifth wheel. More Manda, Rodan, and Varan action I'd add, too.

In addition to having Baragon and Varan do more than just show up, I would have Maguma from Gorath show up and maybe attack a coastal city.
