Battleground: Avengers Headquarters.

Verdict: I think this will be a very tough bout that will last for a long time, but in the end I’ll have to give this one to Terry. Being trained by Bruce Wayne, Dick Grayson, and other master crime-fighters has its perks—and so does defeating Superman, The Joker, and surviving a several-hundred meter tall fall after being blasted in the face with a missile and only getting a couple broken ribs out of it.

Beyond drops them with ease lol. Civil War IM is a glass cannon, Hawkeye is.. well Hawkeye (if it was DC's Green Arrow this would be a different story but same outcome), and Melinda May is a non factor lol, the power of empathy and the ability to hit things really hard won't help her here.
