Verdict: I think this is too close to call. Abstaining for the time being; leaning towards Drogon due to aerial mobility.

[Breakdown]

Dragons in GOT are that universe's equivalent of WMDs. Dragonfire is hot enough to literally melt stone as seen with the remains of Harrenhal, and was able to obliterate entire buildings with a single sweep. GOT Dragons are also immune to fire (or at least, their own fire) so Maleficent's fire breath probably won't hurt Drogon unless it has some magical BS properties. I'd give it to Drogon for the more impressive breath weapon and maneuverability.

TBH Maleficent didn't really show much to go of of in her movie, and her dragon form showed even less. Since we don't really have a lot to go off of, it's hard to really decipher a winner.
