Germany vs France vs United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

Rules: France and UK’s nuclear arsenals are off the table.
All countries can access all the manpower available (men or women of a good age; fit)
No chemicals weapons, or EMP’s.

Verdict: Abstaining, but leaning UK here. The fact that they’re on an island definitely helps, and their navy and airforce should be able to defend it nicely. Germany and France wear each other out on their border, and then UK cleans up the winner or both of them.

Maybe provide a better idea of what they're capable of, to avoid Rule 2?

I don't know, I've seen worse FMs. I'll leave it open for a while and if it gets no takers/things go to shit, I'll close it.
