Leo is a fearsome fighter, but Gwangi's efficient fighting style and durability means Leo is in for a rough time. Leaning the Allosaur for this.

Anyway, Gwangi is incredibly tough, and he's gonna be hard to put down, but Leo's powers are beyond literally anything he's ever gone up against. He can beat a lot of kaiju, but an Ultra is outside of his grasp.

If a man on a horse can knock over Gwangi, then a Leo would be throwing the carnivore around like a rag doll as he brings the smackdown on Gwangi, yeah Gwangi is fast, but so is Leo, who would no doubt be able to avoid the jaws.

Leo also such a vast array of powers that if, Gwangi were to bite into him, then Leo can retaliate with any of his beam attacks or hand slicer. Gwangi either dies in this fight or backs off and retreats like he did against the styracosaurs when they first encountered each other.

Ultraman Leo is an able physical fighter and has beams that would rip into Gwangi easily. While a bite from Gwangi will hurt Ultraman, Ultraman has weapons far superior to the dinosaur. Leo wins.
