Favourite fight in any Godzilla Comic

For me, it’s gotta be Godzilla vs The Army of Mechagodzillas from RoE.

Honourable mentions to:

Earth Monsters vs Trilopod Army & Magita/Jet Jaguar vs Modified Gigan.
Gigan vs SpaceGodzilla.
Godzilla vs Megaguirus & Ebirah
Godzilla vs Gezora, Manda and Titanosaurus

I really liked the moment where the Gargantuas got a chance to fight Godzilla. Although the rematch between him and Zilla is also pretty cool.

Godzilla Vs. The Gargantuas in Rulers of Earth made me giddy.

Also, the battle of the three Godzillas (Godzilla, MechaG, and SpaceG) in Half Century War was pretty dope and a cool visual.

Mechagodzillas vs. Godzilla along with Godzilla and Anguirus vs. Mecha Ghidorah and two Mechagodzillas are up there.
Godzilla vs. Garantuas is also high on my list.
Godzilla vs. Titanosaurus, Manda and Gezorah was really fun and Titanosaurus was pretty tough. Also the brief but fun Jet Jaguar vs. Destroay with Kiryu's help.

Okay stuff that was NOT in Ruler's of the Earth.
I dunno the Godzilla and Space Godzilla and Hesei Mechagodzilla was kinda weak for me. Just since the first portion was basically Mechagodzilla shooting weapons at Godzilla and he doesn't get to try to hit back. That said I love Godzilla vs. Anguirus in the second issue because it was so kinetic. The final battle was super good too and I wish it was another page or two longer.

Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla vs. Hedorah from Legends was an interesting mash up and more three-way for sure.

Godzilla vs. Biollante in Cataclysm. Just because it was so vicious and Godzilla straight up scythes Biollante's top half off. While the final battle was brief it was still good and clearly the team wanted more drama than monster brawling. Actually the fight with Mothra was entertaining too and dramatic.

About the only one from Dark Horse that stood out from memory was Godzilla vs. Hero Zero where Hero Zero could shrink down and he used that to his advantage. I mean Cyber-saurus was cool and AlTerrainula but hey size-shifting is a nice change of pace to me.

My favorite of the ones I've read would be Godzilla: The Half-Century War #3-4 and Godzilla: Rage Across Time #5.

I like Toho kaiju battles with practically everyone in it (I just wish Half-Century War #3 had Anguirus in the fight instead of just briefly mentioning him) and that three-way Godzilla fight was really great.

This was fun list to make (and a tough one). While not my overall favorite series, ROE was always so much fun when it came to kaiju fights and match-ups....hope to get the proposed SHOWA KG / Minilla story arc someday to truly finish this series off as intended (perhaps IDW could do a massive One Shot, similar to what they're doing with M&P: Summer Smash? )

Yeah, the fight in Ghana in Half Century War #3 was a pretty fun one...unlike most battles, it was just a every-kaiju-for-themselves without any kaiju taking sides, which made it unique (It also was the first appearance of Megalon in these comics) I just wish the battle would have played out more and focused on more prominently instead of just relegated to background fodder for most of the issue while the AMF is trying to locate Deverich; otherwise, it would have made my list.

Updated my rankings for the #20 spot... Godzilla vs Monster X/SpaceG from HGM #12 gets the boot....HTBD #5 was a terrific issue with a really fun, unconventional kaiju fight (might even rank it higher as time goes by). I hope further issues of Rivals VS or future minis/one shots will provide some great fights to be added to the list...
