Fan-Made Kaiju Redesign Thread

Here's a Snow Godzilla who actually looks like he could live in the snow.

But does he look like Godzilla, is probably the more important question. Anyway, even setting aside the fact that he's a living nuclear reactor, isn't the main argument against T. rex having feathers that it was large enough to maintain its body temperature in the cold? Considering each of Godzilla's fingers is larger than a T. rex... pretty sure he can generate enough body heat to get by without fur.

By the way, I looked up that Snow Godzilla again and it's supposed to be an illustration based off of a blind guess about SG's design on some podcast.

This might be the worse art of a single dinosaur i have ever seen and if this is what the artist actually think T-Rex looks like he needs to do more research.

The point was both a. An intentional joke and b. Commentary on how we have no idea what an animal looks like from a skeleton so its possible.

This Zilla has one of those Transformers: Animated chins.

Gezora

It takes everything that made Gezora cool away and turns him into a generic Kraken. I always loved the upright-walking, bulky cuttlefish.

Super Mechagodzilla has got to be one of my least favorite kaiju designs not just from Toho but from anywhere. They could've used the Transforming MG concept (with no major transforming of course) but nooOOooo, they just had to make what's essentially a dinosaur but modeled in 1 minute on Blender. The fact that it's as flexible as a brick doesn't help at all.

As someone who prefers a more crocodilian Anguirus, I didn't like NEO Anguirus that much either. I would've liked something like this better.
