Godzilla vs Anguirus, Baragon and Varan - Part Two

[Voyager]

Baragon, Varan, and Anguirus dived out of the way as the tyrant barged through them. Varan spun around first and launched himself at Godzilla. He unveiled his membrane which helped him glide, and he latched onto Godzilla's shoulder. Godzilla groaned in pain as Varan bit down on his neck. Baragon and Anguirus soon joined Varan and they snapped their jaws onto Godzilla's arms.

Godzilla was furious. He trudged forward and tried to shake off his enemies but they wouldn't budge. Godzilla's eyes darted around looking for an option, and he found one. Godzilla grew tired and collapsed onto the sand. Anguirus and Baragon let go in time, but Varan went down with Godzilla. Varan wailed in agony as 20,000 tons of kaiju toppled on top of him. Godzilla got back up, grimacing at the fallen lizard. Godzilla plodded towards the downed Varan and lifted up his foot. Baragon and Anguirus ran at Godzilla to stop him but Godzilla simply swiped at the two dinosaurs with his thick tail. Both monsters were launched into the sand.

Godzilla lifted up his foot once again and roared with an ear bursting cry. He stomped onto Varan's chest, causing unspeakable pain. Varan's ribs were shattered as Godzilla pushed down, causing the shards to puncture Varan's inside. Soon, a red frothy foam bubbled out of Varan's mouth as he lets out a muffled outcry. Godzilla let his foot out of the crumpled chest of Varan and growled at the suffering kaiju. Godzilla kneeled down, and grabbed Varan's throat, lifting him up. He screamed at Varan, which only amplified his pain.

An orange tinge illuminated the back of Godzilla's head and caught his attention. As Godzilla slowly turned and dropped the fatally wounded Varan, a blast of pure heat scorched Godzilla's face. Godzilla screeched in pain as he fell back. Anguirus rushed the fallen horror, clawing and biting at his face. Godzilla pushed the ankylosaur off of him and stumbled forward, hands covering his face. He removed his hands, unveiling burnt marks on one side of his face, and gashes on the other side.

Godzilla collapsed on the blood-soaked beach. He closed his eyes. With Godzilla unconscious and Varan fatally wounded. The island could now resume their peaceful lives. Baragon and Anguirus met Varan on the beach, comforting him. They lead him off to his lake, then sat in the shallows. Varan, who knew his time was up, hobbled into the lake in which he called home. He sank below the surface and never came back up. Baragon and Anguirus looked somberly at each other, mourning the loss of an ally. Anguirus and Baragon went back out to sea. Leaving the knocked out Godzilla on the beach.

A few days later

The island was thriving once again, in the absence of monsters. The birds were chirping their usual song, the natives came back and resumed their residence and all of the lake's inhabitants thrived off of the life-energy given by the corpse of Varan. Far off booming noises rattled the trees and silenced the birds, and the natives stopped in their tracks. The seemingly dead, hulking mass on the beach rose to its feet. Godzilla had awoken.

He looked back at the jungle, snorting, and growling. He looked back at the ocean with his signature grimace, then unleashed an unholy screech upon the world. He slithered back into the waves, in search of his foes.

Godzilla, Anguirus and Baragon will return...
