What Are Your Favorite Incarnations/Designs For Toho’s Big 5?

I find this post interesting.
Godzilla: Mothra vs. Godzilla or Godzilla vs. Biollante/King Ghidorah, will admit that the Monsterverse version is also a good style
Mothra: Tokyo SOS/Monsterverse
Rodan: Showa (Ghidorah, The Three-Headed Monster/Monster Zero)
King Ghidorah: Showa/Monsterverse
Mechagodzilla: Showa (Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla more so than Terror)/Heisei (I know this does seem to be controversial as most seem to like Kiryu, but I just like this version more so)

Godzilla: Shin, 2000, Showa, Final Wars
Honestly not crazy about Legendary Godzilla, even now.

King Ghidorah: Legendary and Showa

Mothra: Showa and SOS

Mechagodzilla: Showa and Kiryu

Rodan: Showa, namely 1956

Godzilla: I’m inclined to the say that the MonsterVerse version is my favorite at this point. That’s not to say that his movies are my favorite, but I’m pretty fond of the way Godzilla is characterized in them. I also like how he looks across the movies.

King Ghidorah: MonsterVerse. I wish I could go with the Showa version, but outside of his debut film, that version of Ghidorah is just a puppet for various alien invaders, which is a strike against him.

For the other three, I’d go with their Showa incarnations.
