Any heisei and millinuem series restorations

I have always for there to be a proper dvd and Blu Ray release of the heisei and millinuem films, especially the heisei. I really wish we could get the two series where there is the actual Japanese versions and not the English overlay or credits and especially the not the infamous dubtitles, espically in the heisei films where some of the lines are changed. I always have felt Sony put not effort whatsoever in their so called “upgrade” blu rays releases. Does anybody in the fandom have idea when there will be a proper release of the two series, maybe not by criterion, but any company which is not Sony, something like arrow video?

Ironically Sony probably has better picture quality than what Criterion or Arrow could provide using Toho's transfers.

I still would want accurate subtitles, versions with actual Japanese texts, and what not
