Built by the technicians of Monster Land, the C19 Personal Carrier gave needed transportation for the island's crew. Caring no more than three passengers at a time, the craft had the ability to circle the island more than a few times before having to land, allowing the pilots to investigate any suspicious activity that the monsters might be up to.
